In need of loan-required water tests for USDA, FHA, or VA financing in Northwest Ohio? We can help! E. coli, total coliform, nitrate, nitrite, and lead testing package is available with or without a home inspection. FHA and VA water testing is typically required for homes with private drinking water sources, such as wells or pond systems.

All FHA/VA water tests are performed at certified laboratories accepted by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency to perform analyses on public drinking water in the state of Ohio; additionally, all samples are collected by us in accordance with their guidelines.
Do you have concerns about the possibility of plumbing system material contaminants? We also offer water sampling services for LEAD, either on its own or as part of other water sampling packages.
