Are you looking to purchase a property with a private water source, such as a well or pond? In addition to our standard inspection services, we also offer drinking water sampling to test for contaminants such as E. coli/ total coliform.

*$75 if the sample is collected during a home inspection, any location (combine with nitrate testing for a $25 discount)

*Fast turnaround time (24-48 hour results)

*$125 for bacteria sample collection within Defiance County, in the absence of any of our inspection services (We do service several surrounding counties; contact us for pricing)

Are you concerned about potential farm or fertilizer runoff in your water? If so, we recommend NITRATE testing combined with BACTERIA sampling services. These tests are an excellent minimum starting point, especially if you need quick results.
