We don't cut corners at ASPEC. Not only do we have the knowledge & experience, but we're also ready for the physical challenges a home inspection brings...navigating through attics, scaling roofs, & tunneling through crawlspaces are essential parts of the job that we don't take lightly.
After spending an average of three hours completing your inspection, while collecting notes, data, pictures, and videos needed for your inspection report, we invite you to join us at the home for an in-person Walk-Through Review of the results at a scheduled time. At your review, you'll receive an on-site summary of the more significant items, have a chance to look at things in-person, and get the opportunity to ask questions and voice your concerns. Walk-Through Reviews are optional but encouraged. They average 30 minutes or less, and we do our best to work around your schedule. If you're simply unable to attend in person, that's okay too. Our reports are amazing, and you'll have the option of a phone call summary instead.
After the inspection and your onsite walk-through review of our findings, we'll e-mail your written home inspection report within 24 hours or less, guaranteed. However, report turnaround time is typically much sooner, and it's highly likely it will get to you the same day for morning inspection appointments. You'll also receive a text alert upon completion.
Our reports are computer-generated and interactive, with the latest and greatest inspection software technology, complete with plenty of photos & videos inserted right into the report, and are easily shared. They also have a handy repair request builder tool(video below) for any negotiations.
While occasional circumstances may arise that are simply out of our control and can limit inspections, we make every effort to physically CRAWL inside crawlspaces and attics (as well as on roofs) to thoroughly and properly check them. If you're shopping around, beware, some inspectors only poke their heads in the openings, no matter the situation, or sometimes send in a camera. This does not constitute a proper inspection. You can't feel around, smell an odor, or inspect fully if you don't physically go inside. We use our knowledge, equipment, AND our SENSES while inspecting...every sense except taste. (Unless the seller leaves us brownies)
The REPAIR REQUEST BUILDER in our reports, is a great tool that will make life easier, for any negotiations that may take place after the home inspection.

Our prices are based on the square footage and can be found on the PAYMENT page of this site, for standard residential inspections up to 4,000 square feet.
